Reservations, payment, additional charges
To confirm your booking with Red Sea Unlimited you must supply the required information for each guest is as follows:
- Full name according to passport
- Nationality
- Passport number / passport scan
- Kite or dive certificates, level and number of dives
The guests list including kite / dive equipment has to be confirmed 3 weeks before the trip.
We accept following payment options:
- Bank transfer
- VISA / MasterCard Secured Payment Links such as Stripe or FlyWire
- Cash
Payment Policy:
- Booking confirmation requires a 30% deposit.
- 20% payment due 3 months prior to arrival date.
- Additional 20% payment due 1 month prior to arrival date.
- Remaining balance to be settled prior to embarkation.
Surcharges, environmental fees to be paid in cash 2 weeks before departure date.
Private full charter / Group bookings:
- Enquiry: When we receive an enquiry regarding a certain date or route, we send all the details via email.
- Option Request: After receiving the booking confirmation, invoice will be sent with the requested amount of deposit. Your request is reserved for one week during which the deposit shall be paid. Therefore, not receiving the deposit on the due date, leads the booking to be automatically retrieved and will be available again in our schedule for any other booking requests.
Our Cancellation Policy:
- The initial 30% deposit is refundable 6 months prior to arrival.
- 50% cancellation fee applies within 3 months prior to arrival.
- 70% cancellation fee applies within 1 month prior to arrival.
- 100% cancellation fee applies in case of no-show or cancellation on arrival date.
Where possible, RedSeaUnlimited will make reasonable efforts to assist guests in rescheduling the charter to alternative available dates; however, rescheduling remains subject to availability and operational approval.
Destination & Service:
- All liveaboard destinations are subject to various unpredictable changes including weather conditions, and changes in Egyptian Government approvals.
- Red Sea Unlimited L.L.C. / C.R. #116477 reserves the right, if necessary, to change an itinerary during a trip (i.e., due to weather conditions or any other reasons etc.). In adverse weather conditions the guides and captain of the boat will have the final decision as to which kite / dive sites to visit to ensure that the guests, team, and the yacht safety is not compromised in any way. If in the unfortunate event that dives are missed or dive sites are not reached due to weather conditions or other unforeseeable changes which may also lead the inability to deliver any agreed upon services, there will be no refund or compensation provided.
Cancellation / Boat change due to unpredictable reasons:
- All liveaboard destinations are subject to various unpredictable changes including weather conditions, and changes in Egyptian Government approvals.
- Red Sea Unlimited L.L.C. / C.R. #116477 reserves the right, if necessary, to change an itinerary during a trip (i.e., due to weather conditions or any other reasons etc.). In adverse weather conditions the guides and captain of the boat will have the final decision as to which kite / dive sites to visit to ensure that the guests, team, and the yacht safety is not compromised in any way. Customer Obligations:
- Where the customer is negligent or irresponsible and causes any damage to, or loss of property and equipment belonging to Red Sea Unlimited L.L.C. / C.R. #116477, the customer shall recompense us in full, to the current market value of any lost or damaged item.
- The customer should be physically, emotionally, and mentally prepared and fit to participate in the activities they have signed up for. Any resultant injury or discomfort borne out of any unfitness shall not provide any ground for complaint or refund.
- Red Sea Unlimited L.L.C. / C.R. #116477 may prohibit an individual's participation on sport activities, where they are physically, mentally, or emotionally unfit to dive, or kite demonstrate a distinct lack of respect for National Marine Park rules and regulations, handle, or harm marine life, consume alcohol in between, or fail to abide by general international safe diving PADI / IKO / CDWS standards and practices.
- You must at all times strictly comply with all applicable laws and regulations of all the relevant countries and regions. Should you fail to comply with the above or commit any illegal act during a Trip or, if in the opinion of Red Sea Unlimited L.L.C. / C.R. #116477, your behavior is causing or is likely to cause danger, distress or material annoyance to others, Red Sea Unlimited L.L.C. / C.R. #116477 may cancel your travel arrangements on any product or service immediately at your expense and without any liability on us. You will not be entitled to any refund for unused or missed services or costs incurred as a result of termination of your travel arrangements, including, without limitation, return travel, accommodations, meals, and incidentals.
- Children: No children under the age of 4 will be allowed on a Liveaboard. Children over the age of 4 years must be supervised by a parent or designated responsible adult at all times.
